Ingredients:EOI Flex puff pastry or
EOI puff pastry chopped in
Method:Make up in the usual manner. Roll out to 3mm thickness. With a 15cm cutter, cut out shapes. Drop filling into each of these, wash the edges with milk and fold in the usual manner. Wash with egg and milk before placing on greased or silicone lined trays.
EOI Pie Time
Method:Peel, wash and chop vegetables. Mix meat and seasonings together thoroughly, then add vegetables and mix well.

200°C for 30 minutes
