Method:
Make up in the usual manner.
OR YOU CAN USE EOI READY TO USE PUFF PASTRY ROLL 1 X 10KG OR 2 X 5KG

Method:
Mix in a mixer with a paddle for approximately 3 minutes.

Method:
Add to the above to combine, don't over mix.

Make up procedure
Place into the disc of puff pastry or pasty pastry and then egg wash the edges and fold in half. Place onto a baking tray and egg wash the top.
Baking
210°C for 20 minutes.
