Additional Information:
Make up ProcedureOnce filling is cooled, fill pie bottom. Then top with puff pastry, egg wash & then punch a vent hole in the top of the pie. Add some crushed corn chips or a whole corn chip sticking in the top of the pie.
Baking
220°C for approx. 20 minutes
