Lentils (drained & washed)
Tin diced tomatoes (drained & rinsed)
Onion (diced)
Cheese (grated)
EOI Monarch
Garlic (minced)
Lemon juice
Egg
Basil (dried)
Salt
Pepper
Cornflour
Breadcrumbs

Method:
Place in a saucepan mix together & boil for approx. 3 minutes.

Make up Procedure
Once filling is cooled, fill pie bottom. Either use puff pastry for top or piped mash potato topping.
Baking
220°C for approx. 20 minutes.
