    Cream together until light about 5 minutes on medium speed.

    Add gradually over 5 minutes

Make up  procedure

Par-bake the unbaked EOI 2.75” or 4” shells on 190c until lightly baked. With the filling above fill the shells to the top. Then cover 1/2 with white fondant and the other with chocolate fondant.
