Beef and Caramelised Onion Pie
Pastry for pie top

EOI Puff pastry chopped in

Use in usual manner
Ingredients:Thinly sliced onions
EOI Sovereign or EOI Trend
Method:Melt margarine and stir through brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Add onions and simmer until onions are tender.
Allow to cool.
Method:Brown beef on the stove add water and bring to the boil. Simmer until beef is tender.
Ingredients:EOI Pie Time
Method:Make a slurry of Group 3 then remove Group 2 from heat and stir in Group 3 until combined. There is no need to return the mixture to the heat.

230°C for 15-20 minutes

Line, fill pie tins in the normal manner. On top of beef filling place caramelised onion (Group 1)
