  • 1000g Minced Beef
  • 150g EOI PIE TIME
  • 840G Grated Potato
  • 375g Diced Onion
  • 195g Diced Parsnip
  • 600g Diced Carrot
  • 600g Grated Carrot
  • 30g Salt
  • 18g Black Pepper
  • 6g Coriander
  • 6g All Spice
  • 20g Worcestershire Sauce

Peel, wash and chop vegetables. Mix meat and seasonings together thoroughly, then add vegetables and mix well.

Make up Procedure

Use EOI Flex, Perfex or Pastrex Puff Pastry and roll out to about 3mm thickness. With a 15cm round clutter, cut out shapes. Drop filling onto each of these, wash the edges with milk or water and fold in the usual manner. Wash with egg or milk before placing on greased or silicone lined trays.

Baking: 200°C for 30 minutes
Freezing: PASTIES are suitable for freezing in a baked or unbaked state.
