We are again( EOI ) the sole PLATINUM sponsor of the 2005 ABINSA awards.....the launch of this major industry event will occur immediately after Easter.
Craig Perry(event organisor)will launch this event through an announcement in the "Baking Today" bulletin that will be available to us for distribution commencing on April 4th.
On April 25th Craig will commence distributing "Entry Kits" to known competitors and distribution of the "Entry Kits" finishes at the end of June.....during July another PR release will go to the trade plus a letter to the contestants.....deadline for receipt of entries is July 29th.....judging will take place during August and the winners are announced at a Gala dinner on Wednesday Sept 14th in Sydney which is also during the week of Fine Food.
There are two sections of the ABINSA awards:
- Arthur E Denison Trophy & Scholarship open age category.
The winner of this section will have the option of a trip to the 2006 ASB conference in Chicago or a visit to the 2006 Food Hotel Asia exhibition held in Singapore.
- Bakery Industry Medal & Scholarship 18-24 year old category.
The winner of this section will have the option to visit Singapore to either attend the 2006 Food Hotel Asia exhibition or attend a 3 day chocolate training course.
