  • 250g Brown Sugar
  • 250g Golden Syrup
  • 500g EOI SOVEREIGN
  • 30g Ginger
  • 10g Cinnamon

Mix Group 1 to a smooth paste.

  • 150g Milk

Stir Group 2 into Group 1 and blend.

  • 500g Bakers Flour

Add Group 3 to Groups 1 and 2, mix to a smooth paste.

  • 30g Baking Powder
  • 500g Bakers Flour

Add Group 4 to combined mixture and form a clear dough. DO NOT OVER MIX

Make-Up Procedure
Roll out the dough 5cm thick and form with Ginger Bread Man cutter. Place on lightly greased or silicone papered trays.

Baking: 170ÂșC with a gentle bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes.
Freezing: Ginger bread men are suitable for freezing in its unbaked condition only.
