  • 600g EOI SOLITE or EOI GATEAU GOLD

 Begin mixing and cream only slightly.

  • 2000g Icing Sugar

Stir the icing sugar into the slightly creamed EOI SOLITE or EOI GATEAU GOLD.

  • 200G Water

Add the water gradually and cream (approx 2 minutes).

This flavoursome icing can be coloured as desired. When required, fruit flavours may be added with a very pleasing effect.

  • 70g Milk Powder
  • 125g Cocoa Powder
  • 400g EOI SOVEREIGN  

 Cream until soft and smooth.

  • 125g Water
  • 5g Vanilla Essence

Add Group 2 slowly and continue to beat until very light.

  • 1200g Finely Sieved
  • Icing Sugar

Add Group 3 gradually and beat until thoroughly blended.
